BagCab picks up your luggage at your hotel, Airbnb, train station, home, meeting point or BER Airport.

Yes. When booking, choose “BER Airport” with Terminal 1 or 2 as the pick-up location and enter your arrival time, flight number and meeting point. We take your luggage after landing and bring it to your accommodation in Berlin.

At BER Airport Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 – or, if you have landed at BER, at your hotel, Airbnb or meeting point in Berlin. You choose the drop-off location when booking. Either the pick-up or the drop-off must be at BER Airport.

Yes. If there are several hours or days between pick-up and hand-over, your luggage can be stored safely in between – in both directions.

Interim storage is particularly useful for early check-out, late flights, several hours in Berlin – or for early landings when your room is not ready until the afternoon.

The service starts at €29. This includes one piece of luggage for the first 24 hours. Each additional piece costs €9 on the first day. From the second day, €9 is charged per piece and additional storage day. The price is the same in both directions. Special luggage, pushchairs or particularly large pieces may incur additional costs.

The final price may vary depending on pick-up location, drop-off location, time, number of pieces, storage duration and special requests.

You can start the luggage service online on the “Prices & Booking” page. There you enter pick-up location, pick-up time, number of pieces and the drop-off location – BER Airport Terminal 1 or 2 or your accommodation in Berlin.

Yes. You can enter several pieces of luggage. The price depends on the number of pieces and the storage duration.

Yes. You can state special luggage, pushchairs or particularly large pieces in the booking form. Depending on type, size or effort, BagCab may review the request individually and charge additional costs if necessary.

Yes. BagCab is especially useful if you do not want to bring your luggage to a locker or a classic storage location yourself and collect it again later.

Yes. When booking, choose “BER Airport” with Terminal 1 or 2 as the pick-up location and your hotel, Airbnb or another address in Berlin as the drop-off location. We take your luggage at the terminal after landing, store it in between if needed and deliver it to your accommodation at the agreed time – at the same price from €29.
