From €29 for one piece of luggage including pick-up, transport and storage for up to 24 hours. Each additional piece costs €9. From the second day, €9 is charged per piece and additional storage day.
When booking you choose Terminal 1 or 2 and the preferred hand-over time. Enter the exact meeting point, for example the departures level in front of check-in, in the notes field. We confirm it before the hand-over.
Plan the hand-over so that you can check in relaxed afterwards – around two hours before departure for flights within Europe, three for long-haul. Give us your flight number and we keep an eye on schedule changes.
Yes, if your hotel allows it. Write in the notes that we may collect the luggage from reception and give the name of the reservation.
